The 100-level zone of the purification plant is usually vertical laminar flow, and the wind speed of the section is controlled at 0.25-0.3 m/s. If it is too large, it is wasteful. If it is too small, it is not easy to ensure cleanliness. The circulating air volume should take into account the air supply volume in the 100-level zone. The circulating air treatment methods in the 100-level area of ​​the pharmaceutical production plant generally have the following types:
Mode 1: A static pressure box is arranged in the upper part of the 100-level area. The ceiling of the 100-level area is covered with the FFU fan purification unit. The circulating air enters the vertical air passage from the lower part of the side wall of the 100-level area, enters the static pressure box through the vertical air passage, and is sent via the FFU. Inside the room, the FFU itself has a high-efficiency filter and a fan. In this way, the circulating air pressure filtration is completed by the FFU, and the treatment method is relatively simple, and the circulating air treatment can be completed in the ceiling of the 100-level zone. The layout of the air conditioning system is compact, convenient and simple to construct. The upper static pressure box of the 100-level area is negative pressure relative to the 100-level area, and the leakage between the FFU and the hanger of the top-level area is the indoor flow static pressure box, which has less influence on the cleanliness of the 100-level area. In recent years, with the improvement of FFU manufacturing technology, the cost and noise of FFU stand-alone have been decreasing, and the efficiency of fans has been continuously improved. There are more and more FFU treatment methods in the 100-level production area of ​​pharmaceutical production plants. At present, the noise of single-machine FFU products is between 52 and 57 dB(A). If the number of FFUs is large, dozens or even more, the noise of the hundred-level zone is difficult to meet the specification requirements, and the cost is also high.
Mode 2: The static pressure box is arranged on the upper part of the 100-level area. The ceiling is covered with high-efficiency filter (full rate should be ≥65%). The circulating fan is used to enter the air from the vertical air passage of the 100-level area. After being pressurized, it is sent to the static pressure box. It is delivered indoors through a ceiling efficient filter.
This method has the following advantages: the cost of the 100-level zone is lower than that of the FFU system; 2 can better control the noise of the circulating wind system. The 100-level clean area of ​​the pharmaceutical production plant is small, and the circulating air volume is more than 50,000 m3/h (guaranteed 50 m2 area). In the actual project, multiple circulating fans can be used to pressurize, and the total pressure of the circulating fan is controlled within 420Pa. In this way, the low-power fan is used to reduce the noise of the fan itself, and the muffler can be effectively controlled by installing muffler on the inlet and outlet ducts of the fan. The disadvantage of this method is that the installation of the circulating air chassis and the processing of noise require a large space, and usually the air ducts around the 100-level area are relatively dense and need to be carefully laid out. In this way, the upper static pressure box of the 100-level area is positive pressure relative to the indoor area of ​​the 100-level area, and the leakage between the ceiling high-efficiency filter and the hanger is the static pressure box flowing into the room, which directly affects the cleanliness of the 100-level area. The construction quality requirements are high.
Mode 3: The 10,000-level clean room contains a local hundred-level zone. This situation is also more common in the clean areas of pharmaceutical production plants. In this case, the area of ​​the local hundred-level area is generally within 10 m2. You can use the 10,000-level purification air-conditioning system to control the indoor temperature and humidity and supplement the fresh air. Increase the circulating air volume in the local hundred-level zone. The circulating air treatment method can adopt the foregoing method 1, that is, a static pressure box is installed in the ceiling of the local hundred-level area, and the FFU is filled in the range of the hundred-level area, and the circulating air is processed by the FFU. The circulating air treatment mode can also adopt the foregoing method 2, that is, the static pressure box is installed in the ceiling of the local 100-level clean room area, and the high-efficiency filter is filled in the range of the hundred-level area, and is pressurized by the circulating fan.
In order to improve the vertical laminar flow effect of the local airflow in the clean room, the ceiling of the local hundred-level zone can be appropriately reduced according to the height of the process equipment and the operation requirements, or the hundred-level laminar flow hood can be directly assembled under the ceiling of the clean zone, and at the hundredth level Antistatic plastic skirts are placed at the boundary of the area.
