Instrument calibration
1. Ammeter calibration: The tester is connected to the power supply. 2. Counter calibration: The tester is connected to the power supply. Press the "power switch", the indicator light on the reset button is on, the calibration switch is set to the calibration position, and the "measurement, stop button" current meter should display 10mA, press "Measure, stop" button, the acid value display starts counting, and when the stopwatch is used to count to 60 seconds, press the "measure, stop" button, the acid value display should display 0.98 value, otherwise adjust the rear panel "integration adjustment hole" Use a small knife to gently rotate left and right to adjust to 0.98. This correction is only used when the instrument is used for the first time or after the instrument is placed for a long time. It can be omitted in the routine measurement.
Reagent equipment
1. Determination of the bottom liquid: Weigh 50 g of chemically pure potassium chloride into a large beaker, add 500 ml of non-CO2 distilled water, stir to dissolve, and place in a closed bottle for use.

1. The titration bottle is used to fully dissolve the oil sample, and then 1 ml of the base solution is placed in the titration bottle, and the sensor head is placed in the test solution. The sensor wire plug is inserted into the measuring instrument jack and connected to the measuring instrument.
2. Set the calibration position of the calibration switch to the measured position. Press the "Reset" button to reset the acid value display to zero. Press "Measure, stop" to continuously shake the test solution. Observe the test solution in the titration bottle. When the microscopic pink color does not fade for 30 seconds, press the "test, stop" button, and the acid value display shows the value of the acid value of the oil sample.
3. Remove the sensor from the test solution, wipe the test solution remaining on the sensor head with a filter paper, and soak it in the sea wave solution for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the sensor and rinse the two metal sheets with distilled water before using the filter paper. Wipe the piece for later use,

Precautions
1. The tester is fully suitable for the determination of the acid value of animal fats. After taking the titration bottle from the hot water bath, shake it and mix it. After cooling to room temperature, it is measured according to the above-mentioned measurement procedure.
