(5) Establishing a company's environmental protection management organization, equipped with full-time personnel and facilities, formulating an environmental management system, establishing an environmental responsibility system, strengthening job training, and strictly implementing the operational procedures and operation and maintenance management systems of various environmental protection facilities to ensure normal environmental protection facilities. run.
