Instructions for use
(1) Analyze and observe the sample. Place the gel sample or thin layer and paper layer sample which are electrophoresed in the center of the instrument, turn on the "reflective UV lamp" power supply, adjust the height and angle of the reflective UV lamp holder, and make the sample emit the most fluorescent light. Clear and bright. Generally, the closer the reflected ultraviolet light is to the sample, the stronger the fluorescence. (B), take a sample photo (1) turn on the "illumination" incandescent lamp, use incandescent lighting, adjust the photographic height and camera lens to make the sample image clear. Install a close-up ring and a PCR filter in front of the camera. Then turn off the "lighting" incandescent light. (2) Turn on the power supply of the transmissive UV lamp and take the shot. Different exposure time should be determined according to different samples to clear the satisfactory film. (3) Note: If you do not use a black box when using, you must operate in a dark room.
