Aseptic packaging system

As the aseptic packaging technology is a series of processes, the sterilization of a single link cannot achieve the goal of thorough sterilization, and the packaged articles cannot be avoided by microorganisms. Aseptic packaging is a continuous sterilization process. From the input of the packaged goods, the input (or direct molding) of the packaging container or material, the filling of the packaged goods and the final sealing and punching must be in a sterile environment. In progress. Therefore, in recent years, more and more aseptic packaging systems have emerged in the food packaging industry.
The aseptic packaging system mainly includes the input portion of the packaging container, the sterilization portion of the packaging container, the aseptic filling portion, the aseptic sealing portion, and the output portion of the package. However, in order to apply different packaging container packaging materials, the structure of the aseptic packaging system is also different. Here are a few examples to illustrate.
I. Aseptic Packaging System Figure 7-2 shows an aseptic packaging system in which products and cans are sterilized. The cans are fed into the machine by a conveyor belt and then passed through a sterilization and sterilization section where the cans are sterilized by superheated steam. The temperature of the steam is about 200°C. However, this steam is not saturated steam. Therefore, the steam sterilization effect is Hot air is similar. Second, the plastic bottle aseptic packaging system Figure 7-3 shows the plastic bottle aseptic packaging system, this system uses hydrogen peroxide to chemically sterilize packaging materials. Two rolls of plastic material (one for the container body and one for the container lid) are fed separately into the system. The reel 1 provides the bottom material and the reel 13 provides the top cover material. The material is washed with a hydrogen peroxide solution and then passed through two stages 3, 4 in which hydrogen peroxide or some of it is decomposed by negative pressure, and then the remaining hydrogen peroxide is decomposed by the action of two dryers 4, 11 . Dry parts are also used to soften plastics. The former 6 shapes the container, and the molded container passes through the filling area 8 . The filling site is maintained under overpressure and sterile air. After filling, the container leaves the filling site and enters the sealing site 12. At the same time, the material of the lid passes through the hydrogen peroxide bath 9 and the heating element 10 removes the peroxygen compound. The sealed, sealed package is then output.

Third, plastic bag aseptic packaging system Figure 7-4 shows the plastic bag aseptic packaging system. In this system, two reel plastic films are put together and then sealed into separate small bags. Depending on the type of plastic material, these bags can be sterilized in different ways. Products that have been sterilized are filled with sterile needles into these pre-sterilized packaging bags. After full bags are filled, they are sealed below the filling point to complete the aseptic packaging and output aseptic packaging.
