The successful development of GR-1 polyurethane resin

Shanxi Synthetic Materials Factory of Chemical Research Institute of Shanxi Province has recently successfully developed GR-1 polyurethane resin for aluminum alloy doors and windows with thermal insulation. It is used for the perfusion of aluminum alloy doors and windows, used to cut off the distribution of heat. Industrial tests have shown that the physical properties, technological properties and mechanical properties of the resin have all reached the level of polyurethane resins of Asia Pacific. The GR-1 polyurethane resin is a one-step reaction system in which a component is a mixture of an oligomer polyol and a functional additive. One group is divided into a polyisocyanate or a modified polyisocyanate, which is a low viscosity liquid at room temperature. The system gel time is 60 ~ 180s, hardness is greater than Shao D80, bending strength is greater than 60Mpa, tensile strength is greater than 50Mpa, thermal conductivity is less than 0.23w/(mk), flame retardant performance reaches FV-0, thermal deformation temperature is 50 ~60°C.
