It was found that only the time for the paper to reach the front gauge was fast. We infer that the fault must be on the feeder. Check that the front gear of the feeder is well meshed and the chain tension between the sprocket and the host sprocket is good.

We carefully inspected the slide guide in the rear end of the feeder and found that the sliding guide has slipped. The screw that slides the guide has a certain amount of entanglement between the slot and the axis of rotation, which affects the stability of the paper on the feeder. delivery. Insert the guide key into the slot again and start printing. The positioning is not allowed. In addition, the above failure may also occur if the tip of the guide pin is too large or not in the gap in the tip groove. As long as the peers pay a little attention in practice, the above failures can be avoided.
