Harland's Rotary Pressure Sensing Labeling System

Harland Mechanical Systems has introduced an advanced automatic rotation pressure sensitive labeling system. This system provides higher accuracy and stability and reduces raw material losses.

The system has 6 labelling machines and operates at a speed of 1,000 pieces per minute, enabling superior product handling, label material selection and continuous high-speed labeling. The system has up to 40 product trays that can be continuously rotated, cam-driven or controlled, and can process multiple sets of labels with high accuracy. Machine maintenance and operation and mode conversion are very simple. The advanced automatic conversion system means that it can automatically replace tags, thereby reducing downtime. The tag pusher station can perform radial movements or automatic positioning, and the servo control platform provides a variety of functions.

This high-performance stainless steel device minimizes the number of label changes and fully considers the customer's requirements for increased productivity. Due to the unique segmented design of the product platform and control system, customers can easily re-assemble according to the needs of different applications without having to return the system to the factory.
