Japan develops "green plastic"

After ten years of hard work, Japan's Central Chemical Company has successfully developed a plastic for food packaging containers that meets the principles of environmental protection.

The surface of the vessel made of CT plastic is not much different from other food packaging containers, but the internal quality is greatly changed. Experts: The plastic is filled with about half the amount of talc produced in Liaoning, China, and blended to make new composite materials.

CT is not only resistant to high temperatures, but also has one of the most outstanding advantages, that is, its function is similar to the PSP plastic product commonly called "foam plastic", and its volume is only equivalent to 1/4 of the latter. In this way, it avoids many troubles caused by the bulkiness in recycling, and creates extremely favorable conditions for recycling and utilizing its waste products, thereby eliminating the negative impact on the environment.

Watanabe believes that CT will be a more suitable plastic packaging container based on the Chinese food culture, which is dominated by oil, hot food, and heavy color, and CT is expected to make such a case against the serious situation of “white pollution” in China. The situation has been alleviated to some extent. Based on this, he optimistically stated that CT will make a greater contribution to the healthy development of the Chinese food industry and the overall environmental protection cause.
