Single-sided machine - glue viscosity is too high

The following illustration illustrates several issues. A lot of glue, so waste glue. The fundamental problem lies in the horizontal ejection of paste.
This condition is often caused by the high viscosity of the paste. The viscosity of the paste is so high that the paste is agglomerated and very viscous, so that the paste flowing laterally between the corrugations is sticky and lumpy. In severe cases, it can lead to problems such as laundry board problems, board warpage, or low corrugation height, and reduced paperboard edge strength.
