The Jinchuan Plant and the Tetra Pak China Ministry of Environmental Technology conducted technical support for the Rongxin paper mill located in the outskirts of Hohhot. In 2003, the company established the recycled paper packaging recycling technology with hydraulic re-pulping technology as the core. Through this project, the Rongxin plant has increased the source of high-quality fiber, enabling it to have more raw material choices when producing high-grade paper.

At present, under the coordination of the Tetra service team, Erie Jinchuan and Rongxin have established a win-win business model. At the Jinchuan plant, on the basis of packaging waste milk into bales, Rongxin Paper Factory made a regular purchase at a price of several hundred yuan, and the paper products produced by Rongxin were provided to Yili at a preferential price for partial packaging. Carton materials or building materials. With the improvement of the Rongxin paper mill production line, Yili Jinchuan plant has a production-side waste package of around 20 tons per month. Rongxin has been able to completely “eat” the Jinchuan plant's waste package recovery rate has reached 100%.
