Alcohol gravure ink usage method:

(1) It should be stored at a relatively low temperature, and the ink should be fully agitated prior to use to give it good flow properties.

(2) Alcohol-soluble ink should meet the requirements of the machine in terms of viscosity, thinness, and dryness. If the ink is too thick, it can be diluted with ethanol (can accelerate drying) or butanol (can slow drying), or diluted with thinner. If the printer is drying faster due to higher speed or colder winter weather, add a quick-drying agent to accelerate the drying.

(3) The inks can be mixed with each other to adjust a variety of colors, but can not be mixed with other types of ink, so as to avoid resin precipitation and other unusable phenomena.
