From the point of view of the beverage packaging materials in Germany, there are mainly three categories: paper-plastic composite materials, plastics and glass, and the beverage packaging containers are mainly paper-plastic boxes, plastic bottles and glass bottles.

Various paper-plastic composite beverage boxes

The outer surface of a beverage box in Germany is a thin cardboard layer with a layer of aluminum foil inside. Of course, the aluminum foil is first compounded with other plastic films and then combined with cardboard. Cardboard itself has its advantages, light weight, a certain degree of strength, easy to print and shape, the molded carton is conducive to the collection of packaging and stacking storage; aluminum foil and plastic composite film has good permeability barrier properties, It can not only prevent the liquid from seeping out, but also play a role in keeping the quality of the beverage fresh. At the same time, the plastic film also has good heat-sealing properties, and the plastic molding of the paper-plastic box is actually realized by it, and the time is short and the speed is fast, which is suitable for the processing of the production line.

The printing of the exterior of the paper-plastic box is very beautiful, and most of them have been treated with glazing. Its color pattern and title let people know at a glance which type of beverage is inside. Usually, except for the trademark and the manufacturer, the proportions of the various ingredients of the beverage are marked in a small form in detail, and they are all realistic and have been examined by relevant departments. In addition, the shelf life of the beverage is generally printed on the top of the box. The text on the bottom right side of the box is also printed with the words “Please see the top of the tray for the period of use”. The side of the drink box is printed with the words “can be refrigerated after opening for three days” and other instructions. It can be said that almost all fruit beverages use this kind of packaging.

It is also worth noting that the beverage box is opened and resealed. There are several new beverage container sealing openings on the German market today:

One is to make a small mouth at the corner of the top of the beverage box, and then stick the square plastic cover that is shaped. Another type is to attach a square plastic cover consisting of a fixed and movable two parts at the opening of the top of the beverage box. The two parts have been processed and connected together, and the other end can be opened and closed. The opening of the drink box is very elegant. It does not open a large mouth like the first method, but consists of a small conical hole and a small round hole. The conical hole can pour the drink. The hole into the air facilitates the pouring of the beverage. These two small holes are sealed by a small piece of composite aluminum foil, which not only ensures the sealing effect, but also discovers in time whether the beverage box has been opened.

The third method is to attach a spiral plastic circular lid at the opening of the beverage box. Most of these small packages are in the form of a collective package, which consists of winding up a small box of beverages with a shrink film as a packaging unit.

The vials are packed with drinks such as apple juice, lemon juice, oranges, and other fruits. Cola is also used for packaging vials. Large bottles of common beverages include various kinds of cola, such as Coke, Pepsi, and other brands of cola; and mixed drinks such as cherry juice, hawthorn juice, and other fruits. Mineral water packages often can see polyester bottles of this size.

In addition to the shelf life of polyester bottled beverages printed directly on the bottleneck, other names such as the name of the goods, raw material content, manufacturers, recycling marks and trademarks are printed on a certain width of the paper, and then paste around the bottle up a week. Plastic caps are used regardless of the size of plastic bottle caps. The lid has a small circle at the lower end, which is connected with the main bottle cap through some thin lines of the same material. When the bottle cap is unscrewed, these thin lines are broken and the cap can be unscrewed, but the small circle remains on the bottleneck. It can be seen that the bottle has been opened. Vial beverages generally use a heat-shrinkable film to wrap six bottles together in two rows as a packaging unit, but the packaging unit has two ends that are not closed and can be picked up from either end for easy carrying.

The large-bottle package is similar to the vial in that it is wrapped in heat-shrinkable film in 6-bottles in two rows. Since the six large-bottles are heavy, a width of about 2 cm and a length of about 40 sticks on the outer sides of the packaging unit. The plastic band of the centimeter, after sticking, has a certain gap at the top of the plastic band and the packing unit, so as to be portable. Most of these large and small packaging units are stacked on pallets, which facilitates loading and unloading.

Glass bottles

The common beverage packaging glass bottles have different shapes. The bottle body has a straight barrel type, a thin waist type, and a small cone type. The bottleneck has common type and short neck type. Glass bottles are dominated by white glass. Bottle caps are metal caps and are screw caps. Bottle caps like beer bottles that are opened with corresponding tools are hardly visible. The text description and color pattern are printed on the label and then affixed to the bottle.

Glass bottles have the most common capacity of 0.5 liters. These glass bottles containing beverages or 12 bottles or 16 bottles of calcium plastic boxes directly installed with fixed seats, or 8 bottles or 10 bottles of wine in small corrugated cardboard trays. Some of these small trays resemble an inverted lid, some resemble a small carton without a lid and cut off at both ends. Now there is a similar carton, but both ends are cut off. In the case where the aggregate packaging strength meets the requirements, manufacturers are trying to reduce the amount of packaging materials.
