According to the cause of the formation of the streak fault, the streak fault can be eliminated by adjusting the position of the CSU mirror so that the reflected laser light passes through the center of the CSU sensor.
Troubleshooting steps
CSU mirror adjustment methods can be divided into oscilloscope method and multimeter method. The oscilloscope method uses the oscilloscope to observe the waveform of the CSU MAP to adjust, and the multimeter method adjusts by observing the voltage value of the multimeter. The oscilloscope method is intuitive, clear, highly accurate, and has good adjustment effects. This article focuses on the oscilloscope adjustment method. Proceed as follows:
1. Move the exposure head into place and open the exposure head cover to expose the exposure head control board.
2. The oscilloscope's CH1 is connected to TP16 and TP21 on the motherboard, and CH2 is connected to TP24 and TP26.
3. Connect one end of the RS-232 cable to the RS-232 port on the motherboard and the other end to the computer
COMl port connection.
4. Open the CTP laser light source.
5. Start the computer and execute axsys on your computer. Ht application.
6. Press the RESET button on the exposure control board and press the computer keyboard enter key, axysy. The following information appears in the ht application window:

Select option 2 and press ENTER.
7. Use a wire to short-circuit the TP18's Scan Active pin and TP17 on the motherboard to activate scanning.
8. Insert the #2 Allen key into the CSU mirror adjustment hole, slowly rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, and observe the position of the CSU MAP waveform on the oscilloscope so that the CSU MAP waveform is near the 0V position of the oscilloscope and stop the adjustment.
If using the multimeter method, connect the positive pole of the multimeter to TP16 on the mainboard and the negative pole to TP21 on the mainboard. The remaining steps are the same as the oscilloscope method. When adjusting the CUS lens, observe the voltage value on the multimeter, and stop the adjustment when the voltage is about 0V.
LJSET CTP comes with a temperature control system. Normally we set the internal temperature of the machine to 20°C and allow it to float within ±2°C. When the temperature inside the machine differs from the set temperature by more than 3°C, image streaks may occur. Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature of the machine, adjust the set temperature accordingly according to the seasonal changes, and pay attention to the daily maintenance of the CTP temperature control system to ensure the normal operation of the temperature control system.
