As one of the special projects, rock climbing is infecting more and more young people with its unique charm. Participating in rock climbing has become a kind of fashionable act at present. Since the development of this sport requires strong technology, numerous equipment, and an ever-changing environment, all this determines that rock climbing is a dangerous sport.
In order to make our country's rock climbing activities safer, and to be better popularized and promoted in a healthy and orderly manner, the China Mountaineering Association's climbing and ice climbing department and the National Mountaineering Team Management Department will jointly hold training classes for rock climbing practitioners. To this end, we have formulated the following plan:
1. The purpose of the project is to continuously train rock climbing professionals with strong technical skills, experience and dedication and responsibility. Let them become the backbone of the society that promotes the development of China's rock climbing.
Second, the training target
1. Technical personnel of rock climbing business premises;
2. Technical personnel engaged in rock climbing in outdoor sports clubs;
3, rock climbing enthusiasts.

The specific process is:
Regularly hold training classes at all levels. After the training is completed, both the theory and practice tests will be conducted. Qualified persons will be issued a corresponding level of qualification certificates and issued with a certificate of employment.
The qualification certificate will be valid for life. After further training assessment, you can obtain a higher level of qualification certificate.
The validity period of the induction certificate is one year. After the validity period expires, it must be re-applied and the corresponding handling fee must be paid.
At the same time, the person who obtains the qualification certificate and the induction certificate can do the corresponding work.
