Simple measurement practice for replacing new blankets

The blanket is aged or squeezed severely and cannot be used anymore. The only way is to replace the new blanket. In the replacement process, it is necessary to use a ruler to measure both ends of the blanket clamp, in order not to bias or skew the blanket. Although this practice is very standard, it is slow and it wastes working time.

When replacing the new blanket, I used the following measurement method: I put the blanket into the clamp. Before fixing it, first measure the iron clamps to see if the core cloth is centered, and then tear a corner of the paper. The paper corner is close to the blanket and the iron clamp is vertical. Then, look at the approximate size (that is, the length) of the edge of the paper clip that is close to the clip, fold the paper that is close to the edge of the clip, and fold it into a vertical shape, that is, the folded edge and the edge that is close to the blanket. parallel. After finishing, go to measure the other end of the iron clamp. When measuring, the blanket can be moved at any time. The paper angle can also change with the approximate dimensions of the iron clamps (ie refold) and repeat several times until the blanket is centered. Screw the screw and use the same method to measure another blanket clip until the blanket is centered.

Writing this law seems to be more troublesome. It is actually very simple. In practice, the author found that using this method is much faster than using a tape measure, and it does not bias or load the blanket.
