ASB presents its new ASB-50MB one-step molding machine

ASB has a full range of one-step and two-step injection stretch blow molding equipment. ASB exhibited its new ASB-50MB one-step molding machine at Chinaplas 2005.

ASB-50MB has gained many years of successful experience in the market and is generally accepted by customers worldwide. The products exhibited this time have been improved and the product performance has been further improved.

The standard configuration of the equipment is 1-4 chambers. The equipment on display at this exhibition is a system equipped with a 6-cavity. The ASB-50MB can be used to produce 96-16g of different parts depending on the number of cavities.

By using a servo motor to drive the rotation system and improve the hydraulic system, the air circulation speed of the equipment is faster. An additional adjustment device is added to the position of the conventional air conditioner to achieve more precise control of the preforming device so as to ensure that the shape of the blow-molded article is more ideally matched with the geometry of the container design. The device is equipped with a simple and effective control system that can adapt to the production needs of a variety of bottle types in different markets. Lower initial investment costs for equipment and molds make PET bottle manufacturers more acceptable. According to Chen Rong, head of the sales department of Aisibi (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd., ASB has promoted localization in an all-round way as an important strategy for exploring the Chinese market. Therefore, it began to introduce one-step equipment to the Chinese market in the second half of 2004. And will gradually promote the localization of this product. ASB began to introduce two-step blowing equipment into China in 1999. Now it has developed nine models in the Chinese market, with a total of about 50 specifications. Chen Rong believes that from the perspective of different industries, cosmetics, medicine, and condiments are mainly based on one-step methods. ASB focuses on providing economical one-step production tools for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the development of China's large and medium-sized enterprises.
