A suitable hole and a vent hole are arranged in the appropriate position of the cover body, and an upper sleeve is sleeved inside the hole. A connecting piece and a telescopic rubber sleeve are used. When the air in the can is withdrawn into a vacuum state, the rubber sleeve is sucked into a compressed shape due to the action of vacuum, and the upper sleeve is raised and protruded outside the receiving hole, and vice versa. When the vacuum state is destroyed, the rubber sleeve is telescopically restored to its original position, so that the upper sleeve is retracted into the inside of the receiving hole. According to this, it can be determined whether the holding tank is in a vacuum state, and a set of the exhausting pipe ends can prevent air from flowing back repeatedly. The flow valve member effectively prevents the outside air from flowing into the tank through the air suction pipe; a date code number ring is provided at the cover air leakage hole, and a deflation valve member is disposed at the center of the number ring, whereby the time period for keeping the contents of the tank can be provided simultaneously.
