A new type of high-precision weighing packaging machine

Corazza recently introduced a new type of weighing loader that incorporates the latest technology in the supply of products, specifically for the production of butter or dairy beverages. Thanks to an automatic taring system, each container can be weighed automatically. The machine will then record the weighing result and accurately reflect it at the subsequent filling stage.

All weighing stations are equipped with an electronic scale (load cell) and connected to the machine's microprocessor. Thus, the weighing of each weighing station can be controlled according to the requirements of the filling section. And each weighing station is working independently. When filling, the weighing data is continuously transmitted to the microprocessor. The specific features are as follows:

On the operation panel, the filling program is selectively programmed. And the program can be preset or written at any production stage; each weighing station has an automatic calibration system. It is used to check the mechanical and electronic status of each load cell in actual production, and update and upgrade it timely; control the weight of empty containers. To obtain an accurate net weight, it is ensured that there is an accurate record of the change in weight of each container before and after filling during filling. If the empty container weight is not within the allowable value range, the filling is suspended and the empty bottle is returned; the filling process is controlled. In order to precisely control the measurement of the product, the system monitors the filling process from time to time via load cells. If an abnormal signal is issued, production will stop; control the final container weight. After filling, the net weight of the container is compared with the actual value to obtain the net weight of the filling. If deviation occurs, it will be returned.
