The belt-guided jet printer is the latest jet printer in the world. Its hardware configuration is as follows.

(1) Make sure that the fabric enters the fabric in the feeding area. Whether the fabric can be leveled into the jet printer is an important condition for ensuring the quality of jet printing. In the feeding area of ​​the belt guide machine, a cotton knitted fabric with a good slurry to be sprayed is placed. When the cloth is fed in, it must be noted that the fabric cannot be skewed.

(2) After passing through the fabric area, the fabric is flatly adhered to the guide tape, and it enters the printing area steadily, and the pattern pattern required for the jet printing is controlled by the computer.

(3) After the printed fabrics pass through the cloth outlet area, the fabrics are separated from the cutting belts, and the conduction belts are washed by the water washing device; the fabrics pass through the drying area, and are dried and rolled for post-processing.

Guide belt digital jet printer software and color adjustment

(1) Commonly used control software

At present, the most commonly used fabric printing control software is: TEXL [NK, HOTOPRINT and TEXPRINT, each of the three software has its own advantages and disadvantages.

TEXlink focuses on color printing, and the photo pattern has poor fruit.

PHOTOPRINT No color registration function, when the need to print color blocks, can not achieve satisfactory results.

TEXPRINT This software is powerful, taking into account the first two kinds of soft functions, the photo prints are realistic, and color printing can be performed at the same time. In comparison, the software is a jet control software with a more sophisticated print function.

(2) Color adjustment of color separation printing patterns

Color separation printing patterns generally require the color of the printing to be close to that of the original drawing.

Before printing the pattern, usually need to prepare some color printing cards printed on the fabric, using the color of the color card as the standard, comparing the color between the original and the color card; select the color similar to the color card to replace the original color, The color patches are printed on the fabric; contrast with the original, adjusted and then printed, in order to maximize the same sample color. The type of color card can be printed with CMYK, LAB, and color channel depending on the printer and the printing software.

CMYK can easily adjust the color and is intuitive. However, if the jet printer uses the royal blue ink channel, the CMYK color card series cannot print bright royal blue.

LAB can print the royal blue that CMYK can't print, and the printing range is acceptable, but it is inconvenient to adjust the color.

The color channel can easily adjust the color, the effect is intuitive, the printing range is large, and the royal blue that cannot be printed by CMYK can be printed. However, some softwares do not have this function.

After the color processing is completed, enter the printing software (some good software allows to enter the software to color and replace colors).
