Four-in-one film and multilayer bag film

The four-in-one film is composed of a plastic braided cloth, a PE film, a BOPP film, and a calendered film, which are compounded by a cast double film head coating process. The outer optical film is first printed on the inside and then combined with the pearlescent film. This film can be made into high-grade bags. 3 to 7-layer composite bag film is PE, PP, EVA, PVDC for each layer of material, using a multilayer co-extrusion blown film process made of multi-layer co-extruded film. Jinchuan Wanfang Company also cooperated with Reifenhauser GmbH in Germany to introduce advanced technologies and components. In the co-extrusion blown film equipment, multi-layer coextrusion taper superimposed streamline die, IBC internal cooling, rotary traction and other high-tech devices were used. The co-extrusion blown film equipment developed by the company can produce symmetrical and asymmetric multi-layer high-diaphragm films. At the same time, the company also designed and manufactured a back-sealing device suitable for both types of membranes. Compared with conventional dry-laid composite membranes, the production costs of both membranes are reduced by 30%, and both achieve solvent-free residue and clean and environmentally friendly requirements.
