Self-study board quick start - I learned the board

Statement: personal experience, no professional vocabulary, no illustration. Self-study is not formal, the picture is the province of the province of Kung Fu, pure for friends want to play veneer reference, Shun also brought to the expert advice.

I started to learn the board at the end of the snow season in 2005. The reason is that the snow of the senior road is almost the same, and the intermediate road is not too difficult. Simply switch the board to start from scratch. Full time, 20 hours from the first contact with the board to the upper level. Therefore, I personally contributed something.

There is a precondition for playing a board. In the end, it is better to get straight from the board. Is there still a certain double-board basis to contact the board later to make it easier to master? It seems that everyone has their own feelings and they don't all agree. Some people say that the strength of single and double boards is not the same. After experience with double boards is preconceived, it may not be conducive to the learning of single boards.

My experience is that it would be better to have a bit of a double board experience. The main thing is to find the sense of snow - a little deeper, simply saying that it would be better to have some perceptual knowledge of snow and snow.

I. Preparation

Know the board. The appearance of the board is shown as an approximate representation.

We don't have much to say about protective equipment. Arming ourselves well is the top priority. Hip pads, knee pads, elbow pads and a pair of wear-resistant gloves are all essential for beginners.

When renting a ski, the staff must ask: Is it left or right? Is that asking you to wear a snowboard with your left foot in front of you or your right foot in front of you? Because the veneer is facing laterally forward, there is one foot to be placed in front of the plate and the other behind. Simply say that your foot is more flexible than before. If you can't judge, your feet will stand apart and let others push you forward. Your left foot first moves to use the left foot board, and vice versa to the right foot board. However, according to my observation, most people are left in the front.

Wearing ski boots, shoelaces are divided into two levels, the laces in the inner layer can be directly tensioned, and then the outer laces are tied. First open the trousers of the ski pants, put the trousers on the shoes after wearing the shoes, and prevent the snow from falling into the wrestle. The veneer shoes are better to walk than the double shoes, and the soles are somewhat soft, so that they do not have to lift their legs to walk like double-shoe shoes.

To test the snowboard, sit on a flat surface. Place the skis horizontally and open the holder. Then lift the skis horizontally and put the feet up. Fix the heel and then fix the toes. The experience is that the tighter the heel, the better, as long as you don't feel hurt. The toe can be slightly marginal to facilitate movement. After putting on the snowboard, stand up and down, shake it up and down, especially to experience the feeling of the front and back: forward with the toes to withstand the snowboard, let the heel with a snowboard suspended for a few seconds; back with the foot pressure snowboard, so toe The snowboard was suspended for a few seconds. Jump several times in situ.

Well, now on the snow surface. Take off the snowboard and go to a gentle slope. Snowboards usually have single-board practice lanes with a gentle slope and are more suitable for beginners. Be careful not to allow the snowboard to slip by itself. It's best to flip the board upside down on the snow. Take a snowboard in the ground.

(There is a pedal-type board, as long as you find the right position, the foot stepped on the buckle, and you will be able to “click”. However, it is strongly not recommended for beginners.)

Second, the initial exercise

Put on the board and now try to stand up with your heel and face the snow slope below. Do not be afraid, as long as the heel firmly buckles the snow, you will not move. Keep your hands open on both sides to keep your balance, but don't stretch too far. Your elbow is 30-49 cm away from your body. It is best to try to stand up and sit several times until you stand firm with your heel.

Glide forward (slide forward). Now, try slowly putting a tablet and you start to slowly slide. Both feet must use the shoes to manipulate the skis so that the entire board slides downwards. The more flat the snowboard, the faster it will be. The harder the heel presses on the plate, and tries several more times. At a slightly faster speed, press the board with your heel and lift your toes upwards to allow the snowboard blade to engrave the snow. This slows down. Practice repeatedly until you can easily control the snowboard to slide down horizontally. This time, it will be done in 20 minutes.

Slide to the side. Then, try to make the left foot - here is the left foot board as an example, the right foot board is the opposite - move forward so that the left end of the snowboard exceeds the right end, the snowboard will slide to the lower left, while still using double The heel lightly presses against the back of the snowboard to control the speed of the slide. Feeling fast, use the left foot to bring the board back. The toe controls the snowboard to return to the lateral position. At the same time, the double heel increases the speed of engraved snow, making the speed slow down until it stops. When you feel uncontrollable, you can use the waist strength to help adjust the position of the snowboard.

Once you are proficient, try to slide laterally in the other direction, again controlling the speed. A stupid person like me is also OK in an hour.

Skid backwards (sliding backwards). Towards the slope of the snow, kneeling on the knees, slowly stands up on the toes. Repeatedly stand up and stand several times until you stand still. With the heel slowly on the ground, let the snowboard slide downwards, and use the toe (of course with the front edge of the snowboard) to decelerate or stop the snow surface, and practice it repeatedly until you are skilled. Time is long, 30-40 minutes.

In the reverse direction, with the left foot as an example, first slide to the lower left, and use the toe to control the speed. Skilled, try to slide right below.

Stop, easier than the double board, as long as the horizontal plate - carved snow stopped.

Third, the S-turn

Zigzag turns. It's hard to come now. While sliding forward, try to force your forefoot to make the skis parallel to the slope of the snow. At this time, the speed must be accelerated, and you can't panic! Keep your eyes fixed on the front, when the snowboard is completely parallel to the snow slope, continue to bring forward the snowboard with the front toe, and quickly bring the heel of the back heel to the back, assist the upper body to rotate with the waist as the axis, both hands can follow the movement of the foot Swing to help turn. Turn well, you will complete the positive snow slope to the reverse snow slope, walking the first of the zigzag shape. If you don't turn well (surely at the beginning), you're on the ground! Do not blame buddies, this process is non-essential! ! Practice knows how to do it, and after a few more falls, you realize the doorway.

Follow this path, and turn back in the opposite direction, taking the other of the zigzag shape. In the reverse sliding side, the forefoot heels force, when the snowboard gradually parallel to the snow slope, speed, the front heel back with snowboard, while the back foot foot forward with the board, a bit like the feeling of snowboarding, upper body (waist) and two hands to help turn.

If the above several moves are skilled, you can basically slide on the primary track.

S turns. The following is a coherent action: to connect the above-mentioned practice, to slide down the side of the slope, and gradually turn. You can turn forward in the opposite direction, and do not pause afterwards. Naturally, reverse the positive direction and draw an “S”. At the beginning, your "S" may be very large, like a "Z", and it will gradually become more and more perfect. Your primary goal is to first change the "Z" to "S", and you must be able to slide and turn as you like.

Glide vertically. Wait until you can gradually turn at a faster pace, you can practice straight down. This is not a high-speed slope (very dangerous!!), but it gradually adapts to high-speed gliding. During taxiing, try to move the center of gravity between the toes of the feet and the heel so that the front or rear edge of the snowboard touches the snow alone, reducing the frictional surface and speeding the gliding speed. At the same time to practice more at a faster speed can be stopped at any time, whether it is in front of someone or a steep slope, want to stop you have to stop.

OK, so far, it's hard, I'm learning! Someday summed up experience and share it with everyone! !

Personal experience: The steering is most difficult, and do not go to the intermediate level without good steering.

With these two hands, the issue of the upper middle class is not very big. When you just go up, don't be afraid of face problems. You can cross the board with a steep slope.

Having said so much, is there a door? You can print a piece of paper with a smaller font size. Sneak up and take a look at the trail. Then close your eyes and recall the essentials. Be bold! !

Note 1: The board is different from the double board, and the board does not fall off automatically to protect your ankle. When falling, especially when rolling, try to stretch your legs as far as possible so that the snowboard is in sync with the rolling direction. Do not tighten your body so that when the snowboard hits the snow, it will take you and it will be dangerous.

When you fall, touch your elbows on the ground first, otherwise you will easily sprain your arm.

Note 2: When you slide sideways or backwards, unlike the double boards, you can directly observe the situation under the snow track. Pay attention to turn the head to observe. When you slide backwards, you should pay special attention to the trail behind the snow track to avoid collision.

Proposal 1: There must be a master around you, observe other people's movements, not to steal art.

Proposal 2: Always choose a snow course that suits your level. Safety first.

If you still have no way to go, then there is one last suggestion left: spend money on the snow field coach.
