Tetra Pak Newly Launches Tetra Alex 350 Homogenizer

Tetra Pak recently introduced the Tetra Alex 350 homogenizer. As one of the largest capacity models in the product line, its production capacity is second only to the Tetra Alex 400 model. At a homogenous pressure of 160 bar, the output of beverages and milk products is as high as 34,700 litres/hour at 400 bar. At the time, its output can reach 14,000 liters/hour. In addition, it can also be used as a high-pressure pump for the production of various foods.

In recent years, Tetra Pak has been setting standards for the design and construction of homogenizers. The new Tetra Alex 350 is a solid displacement pump with five pistons. To improve hygiene, the product area is further isolated and only product-related components are retained. The Tetra Alex 350 is equipped with an energy-efficient HD 100 homogenizer with a fully reversible homogenous disc and a homogenous valve seat, further reducing operating costs.

Today, the effective use of additives in products has greatly increased the requirements for equipment. In order to reduce the wear and tear of additives on equipment components, Tetra Pak continuously develops and supplies different materials to meet the grinding characteristics of products, in addition to Tetra Alex 350, Tetra Pak. Other product lines also have this flexibility to meet the different needs of customers.
