Intelligent Thermophysical Tester

I. Overview

The test device is used to test the thermal physical parameters of disturbed clay, sand and other soils, and is also suitable for the study of the heat transfer performance of solid powder materials. It is widely used in construction engineering and soil geological research. Refer to GB / T50123-1999 Geotechnical Test Method Standard. And in this method, the test method of specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity is added. The system performs data collection through the host computer, full-automatic analysis and testing, data storage, report output, etc. The application of modern computer technology has reached a high level of system reliability and accuracy. After adding the freezing test chamber, it can also be applied to the analysis and testing of the thermal conductivity of frozen soil. Therefore, the system test device can accurately test the transmission performance parameters of soil and other powder materials.

2. The main technical parameters of the system experimental device

1. The experimental temperature is normal temperature, of which DRX-I-300B is a system for increasing low temperature (negative temperature environment), which is used for negative temperature research and testing of thermal properties of frozen soil and low temperature materials.

DRX-I-300A is the material high temperature thermophysical parameter test;

DRX-I-300C is a material temperature parameter test at room temperature.

2. The size of the sample box is: 250 × 250 × 250 (mm)

3. The experimental device consists of a constant temperature system, a temperature measurement system, a sample box, and a computer test system.

4. The constant temperature box is in close contact with the sample box, and the two constant temperature boxes are respectively provided with different circulating temperatures by a constant temperature circulating water tank.

5. The temperature measurement system adopts a high-precision platinum resistance thermometer, connected to the data acquisition system, and realizes full-automatic testing and analysis through computer software, generates an experimental report, and automatically records and stores experimental data.

6. The heat source uses DC heating to ensure constant power.

7. The test temperature is accurate to 0.1 ℃, and the test result is accurate to three decimal places.

8. The system power supply is 220V / 50HZ, and the total power consumption is not more than 1KW.
