2. Testing with Dropping Solution As mentioned above, the technical conditions of UV inks also have resistance to solvents. Because the ink completely cures, the internal molecular structure changes, and the double bonds are converted, and the conversion is completely cured. 3. Pressure test This method is based on the detection method of paint. Choose a 500g weight with a smooth bottom, put several cotton fibers on the UV-cured surface, and then press the weight on the cotton fiber for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove the weight, if the cotton fiber does not stick to the surface The surface is fully cured.

4. Appearance observation method Fully cured UV ink has a bright surface, and there is no gross phenomenon, the edge is not a shadow, which is one of the important features to determine the ink completely cured.
