The maintenance of sulfur dioxide test chamber should pay attention to the following points:
1. Keep the appearance of the sulfur dioxide test box neat and clean;
2. Check whether the valve of the sulfur dioxide cylinder is closed after each test;
3. After the test, the water in the sulfur dioxide test box and the water in the sealed tank should be drained and kept clean;
4. When the wastewater is discharged after the test, the wastewater must be diluted with tap water while draining;
5. If the sulfur dioxide test box has not been used for a long time and restarted for testing, all electrical systems should be checked first;
6. The electrical components on the control panel, if they need to be replaced, should be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer to avoid unnecessary trouble;
7. Maintain good indoor ventilation to prevent indoor sulfur dioxide gas from accumulating and causing harm to the human body;
8. Operators must wear gas masks and rubber gloves;
9. After injecting gas into the test box, the sulfur dioxide steel cylinder should be closed and tightened immediately;
10. Before opening the waste discharge switch, the waste discharge valve and balance valve at the back of the box should be opened first, otherwise the waste discharge fan will evacuate the test box and cause unnecessary damage to the equipment;
11. During the test, first check whether the liquid level of the sulfur dioxide gas concentration controller is at the "0" position, if not, you can open the inlet and outlet valves of the controller at the same time, and wait for the liquid level to return to the "0" position After that, start the air intake operation according to the prescribed procedures;
12. After the test is stopped, the waste discharge time should be as long as possible, and the gas in the box should be discharged as clean as possible;
13. When opening the lid, wear a gas mask to prevent residual sulfur dioxide gas in the box. During the test, the sulfur dioxide gas reacts with water to produce dilute sulfuric acid. To prevent burns to the operator's hands during sampling, rubber gloves must be worn;
14. Do not directly touch the residue inside when replacing the filter element in the exhaust pipe after the test process;
15. After the test, all valves should be closed and the tank liner should be rinsed and dried with a clean cloth;
16. The main power supply shall be cut off after each test;
17. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited to operate this equipment.
