1. Cold glue bonding process

Some fast-curing compounds are often toxic and harmful, and the quality is not guaranteed. Therefore, this process is currently rarely used.
2. Hot melt adhesive bonding process
Compared with the cold glue bonding process, the hot melt adhesive bonding process is simple and convenient to operate, short in time, easy to control in quality, and free from pollution. The steps for making a printed blanket clip by the hot melt adhesive bonding process are as follows.
(1) The printing blanket is cut into a standard square or rectangle, the diagonal error should be ≤ 1 mm / m; the four corners cut 4 triangles of 10 mm / m × 20 mm / m ~ 15 mm / m × 25 mm / m.
(2) Select the aluminum clip that is suitable for the offset printing machine. Note that there should be no burrs on both ends of the aluminum clamp, the chamfers should be neat, the surface should be sandblasted, no bristles or other defects, no bending, distortion or other deformation. The non-straightness error should be ≤1mm/m.
(3) Cut the hot melt adhesive to a width of 9 mm and a width of 11 mm for use.
