What is the difference between the first hot stamping and the last hot stamping

Compared with two kinds of bronzing methods, post-bronzing is an ideal method, which brings convenience to label graphic design, and expands the application scope of hot stamping graphics. However, due to the limitation of the function of the device, the cost of the tag is relatively high. The first hot stamping process is suitable for the simple labeling and processing of small labels. The low cost and wide range of applications are commonly used by small and medium-sized printing factories.

1. After the bronzing process. After the bronzing process uses ink, foil stamping components are installed behind the label printer station. The web material is first printed and passed through a drying device where the ink is instantaneously dried and then gilded on the ink surface after drying or the surface of the ink. Because the ink is dry, the juxtaposition and superimposition of the foil stamping do not have any influence on the web material, and ink smudging does not occur.

2. First hot stamping process. Used in batch type feeding printers, using ordinary ink, foil stamping parts are installed in front of the label printing station. Since the ink used is an oxidative polymerization type drying, it takes a certain period of time for the ink to be completely dried after printing, so the bronzing pattern must avoid the ink. The best way to avoid the ink is to pre-foil the roll material and then print it again, which will separate the printed text from the foil stamping (side-by-side). If printed on gilded graphics, because the aluminum is a metal surface, the ink is only volatilized, conjunctiva, no permeation and seepage, and the surface of the galvanized aluminum is smooth, not inked, and should not be printed. The first hot stamping can prevent the ink from getting dirty and ensure the label printing quality.

First hot stamping means that the web is first hot stamped on the label machine and then printed. After the bronzing is the first printing, and finally bronzing. The first hot stamping and post-bronzing hub is the drying of the ink. There are two situations in the relationship between hot stamping and printed text: parallel and overprinting.
