Wei Li develops five-gallon PC barrel manufacturing equipment

Foshan Weili Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. has relied on the technology of blowing PC plastic bottles in two-step processes for many years. Recently, it successfully developed a five-gallon bucket automatic production equipment for PCs (with handles).

This equipment is designated as WL-AP04 (E type) automatic machine, and the single chamber output is 100 five gallon (or 20 liters) buckets per hour. The automatic putting handle device adopts a unique positioning robot arm system, which can reduce the steps of putting the handle by the hand and greatly improve the automation degree and the safety and reliability of the device. The quality of PC five-gallon buckets produced with this equipment does not exceed 700 grams, which is more than 100 grams less than similar products. This makes the device very competitive in the current situation of rising PC raw material prices.
