The performance of this material is closely related to the material production process. In this paper, the free impact dart method is used to test the impact resistance of a brand of laundry detergent soft plastic bag samples. 1, meaning
The daily chemical products, which are more popular in the laundry liquid, are gradually replacing soap and washing powder because of their mild and non-irritating, easy rinsing and low environmental pollution, and become the leading products in the laundry detergent market. The soft plastic composite film packaging bag is one of the main packaging forms of laundry liquid, and the materials include PET/PA/PE, PET/PA/Al/PE and the like. The energy lost by the film indicates the impact resistance of the material. Since the thickness of the laundry liquid package is usually thick and the impact resistance is high, this test is tested by the free dart method.

3. Test basis
The method standard for the test is GB/T 9639.1-2008 "Test method for impact resistance of plastic film and sheet. Free dart method Part 1: Step method", which applies to plastic films and sheets with a thickness of less than 1 mm.
4, test equipment
In this paper, the impact resistance of the sample was tested by BMC-B1 Dart Impact Tester. The equipment was independently developed and produced by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.

4.1 Principle of the test
The basic principle of this test is to obtain a minimum dart weight for breaking the sample by performing a series of impact tests on the sample. The realization process is to fix the sample in the equipment fixture and release the dart. According to the damage of the sample (if the sample is damaged, the weight of the dart is reduced by Δm, and if the sample is not broken, the weight gain is Δm). After increasing or less dart quality, impact the sample again, and so on, repeat the impact test. When the test of 20 samples is completed, calculate the number N of damaged samples. If N is equal to 10, the test is completed; If N is less than 10, continue to replenish the sample for testing until N is equal to 10; if N is greater than 10, continue to replenish the sample test so that the sample is not damaged by 10. The device then automatically calculates and displays the impact damage quality of the specimen according to the calculation formula in the standard.
4.2 Equipment parameters

4.3 Scope of application
(1) Applicable to the impact resistance test of plastic film, sheet and composite film with thickness less than 1 mm, such as PE cling film, wrapping film, PET sheet, food packaging bag of various structures, aluminum foil, aluminum-plastic composite film, etc. .
(2) Suitable for impact resistance test of paper and paperboard.
(3) Scalable ball drop impact test and shoulder lining impact test applied to the sample.

5, the test process
5.1 Cutout Cut at least 20 18 cm × 18 cm specimens from the surface of the laundry liquid bag sample to be tested.
5.2 Adjusting the instrument Turn on the instrument switch and select the test method (A method or B method). In this test, select the A method, and adjust the drop height of the dart to 0.66 ± 0.01 m. Adjust the adjustable bracket of the device to make the dart drop. After that, it can impact the center of the sample and select a dart with a head diameter of 38 mm.
5.3 Clamping the sample Take a piece of the cut sample and place it on the lower jig to ensure that the surface of the sample is flat. Step on the foot switch and the device will automatically clamp the sample.
5.4 Pre-test Install a certain weight of darts and release it, and determine the approximate impact damage weight according to the damage.
5.5 Test The quality darts are inserted vertically into the magnetic connector. Click the test option and the dart will automatically drop the impact sample. Enter the damage of the sample into the equipment, then increase (decrease) the weight of the dart, repeat the clamping sample - install the darts - test - record the sample breaking, until the damaged or unbroken quantity of the sample reaches the required unknown The device automatically calculates and displays the quality of the impact damage.
6, test results
The impact damage quality of the plastic composite film sample for laundry liquid packaging tested this time was 537.1 g.
