It is then sent to the evaporator, and the refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator to evaporate into a lower pressure steam, thereby completing the refrigeration cycle. Usually, in order to better provide the efficiency of the condenser, a heat sink is added to the pipe to accelerate the heat dissipation. Usually, the heat sink on the condenser is a flat plate made of a metal having good thermal conductivity.


3. Evaporator: An evaporator in an indoor unit that concentrates a solution by heating or a device that precipitates crystal grains from a solution. The evaporator is usually composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the liquid with the heat required for evaporation, causing the liquid to boil and vaporize, and the evaporation chamber completely separates the vapor and liquid phases.


4. Four-way valve: The four-way valve is a control valve with four oil ports. The four-way valve is an indispensable part of the refrigeration equipment. When the work is in progress, the solenoid valve coil is in a power-off state, in which The pilot slide valve is driven downward to the left in the compression spring on the right side, and the high pressure gas enters the right piston chamber after entering the capillary tube, and the gas in the left piston chamber is discharged, and there is a pressure difference at both ends of the piston. Moving left and the main slide valve will connect the exhaust pipe to the outdoor unit, and the other two pipes will communicate with each other to form a refrigeration cycle.


5. Capillary: Its components in the capillary mainly include capillary tube and check valve. The one-way valve is generally applied to the outdoor unit. It is mainly composed of auxiliary capillary and check valve. There is an arrow on the check valve. It means that the airflow can only flow in the direction of the arrow, and the airflow can only pass through the auxiliary capillary. The one-way valve is mainly used in the air conditioning heating process, and the one-way valve does not function during the cooling process.

1. The current air conditioner is generally divided into two types: single cold air conditioner and two air conditioners. When cooling, the compressor compresses the gas into a high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then sends it into the air conditioner. In the condenser, through the condenser; after condensation and heat dissipation, it becomes a low-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant, so at this time we will feel that the wind blown by the air conditioner outdoor unit is hot air.


2. At this time, the low-temperature refrigerant liquid is sent to the evaporator after being throttled by the throttle valve. When the refrigerant reaches the evaporator from the capillary, the space suddenly increases and the pressure decreases. At this time, the liquid refrigerant will be When vaporized, it becomes a low-temperature gaseous refrigerant, which absorbs a large amount of heat, and the evaporator becomes cold. When the fan of the indoor unit blows the indoor air from the evaporator, the wind becomes cold air. The water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets in the evaporator after it is cold, and then flow out along the water pipe, which is why the air conditioner will drip.


Third, the principle of air conditioning heating


The heating principle of air conditioning is similar to that of air conditioning, except that when the air conditioner is heating, one more component is working than when the air conditioner is cooling. It is a four-way valve, and the four-way valve is heated in the air conditioner. When the flow direction of the refrigerant in the condenser and the evaporator is opposite to that of the air conditioner, the wind blown by the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is cold air, and the wind blown by the indoor unit becomes hot air.
