American scholars invented simple labels to detect fruit maturity

Mark Riley, an associate professor at Arizona State University, invented a special label that citizens can use to check whether the fruit and vegetables are cooked or cooked, thereby helping consumers determine whether the fruit is worth buying.

Riley believes that farmers and traders will throw away thousands of fruits each year because these fruits are picked up after being cooked and there is no more time to sell them on the market. The working principle of Riley's label is to determine whether the fruit is ripe by detecting the chemical composition of ethylene gas.
