From the point of view of the total power of the equipment, since there is no need for drying, the domestic automatic pre-coating film laminating machine is generally in the range of 15-20 kW, and the semi-automatic pre-coating film laminating machine is basically between 5-10 kW. The power of the fully automatic coating machine is between 50-75 kW, and the power of the traditional bridge-type semi-automatic laminating machine is as high as 25 kW. Therefore, the power consumption of the pre-coating equipment is at most 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the water-based coating equipment. 5. Flexible processing technology
