Ziguang business form printing paper to solve the problem

The factory purchased the Shanghai Ziguang Commercial Form Printing Machine in July 2000. The whole machine is composed of a four-glue-convex unit. In the four-glue-convex product and the three-glue-convex product, the phenomenon of paper misalignment is often found. The solution is as follows.

1. Paper factor. Commercial form printing uses web paper. In the printing process, the paper is not dampened due to running out of paper. When the paper is used the next day, the overall water content of the paper is not uniform.

Solution: Seal the remaining paper with plastic cloth and reuse it the next day; or put the paper in the printing room for a period of time and wait until the moisture content equalizes; or replace the new roll just opened.

2. Mechanical factors. This unit uses this machine to print invoice products all the year round. Its products are printed with three adhesives, one convex or four adhesives and one convex. Because the machine's technical parameters, the printing paper is quantified at 40-160g/m2, and the invoice printing mainly uses paper with a basis weight of 30g/m2 or 38g/m2. The paper is relatively thin. When the factory prints a product with a basis weight of 30g/m2, only a large adjustment of the pressure between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder can obtain a satisfactory result, and then print a product with a basis weight of 38g/m2. When four glues are convex, deviations often occur.

Solution: First eliminate the possibility of the paper getting wet due to dampness. Then, reduce the pressure of the three or four glue (rubber, impression cylinder) as far as possible to achieve the desired effect, so that the paper deviation phenomenon is resolved.
