Measurement items and definitions: 1) Vibration density: Vibration density means that after the powder is filled in a specific container, the container is vibrated under certain conditions, thereby destroying the voids in the powder and leaving the powder in a tightly packed state After the density, the tap density of the powder is generally less than the true density of the single particles in the powder. 2) Bulk density: Bulk density refers to the density of powder after filling a specific container naturally under specified conditions. When testing the bulk density, no external force such as vibration should be applied. This indicator is important for the design of storage containers and packaging bags. 3) Angle of repose: the free surface of the powder accumulation layer, under static equilibrium, the maximum angle formed with the horizontal plane is called the angle of repose. It is formed by letting the powder naturally fall onto a specific platform in a specific way. The angle of repose has the greatest influence on the fluidity of the powder. The smaller the angle of repose, the better the fluidity of the powder.
