2. Increasing the proportion of gold oil will increase the overall fluidity and transferability of the gold ink, but if the proportion of gold oil is too large, the gloss of the gold ink will decrease; while increasing the gold powder will make the gloss of the gold ink Increase, but will inevitably reduce the transfer performance of gold ink.
Therefore, it is recommended that manufacturers add an appropriate amount of gold oil or brightening paste to the gold ink, and control the amount of red dry oil added to solve the problem of poor imprinting. For paper with strong ink absorption such as coated paper, you can use primer, add a small amount of yellow or white ink to the ink, or print a layer of varnish after printing the ink.
